The newcomers refused to make an attempt to find the right sub and put everything they posted in Whatever.
It essentially made the front page unusable, there were so many posters in whatever that they drowned out everyone else. Many of them kvetched about posts getting moved to the right sub, and AOU just said nope, turned off, f you. I don't understand some of that because when they all went to voat dot xyz, they seemed to be able to find the right sub.
