According to kek, captainmeta4 banned him for "harassment towards another user". captainmeta4 says that "TGGB was actively trying to get banned by harassing another user (and explicitly stated that)". kek says that he (kek) was "not involved in his ban at all".

carpathianflorist says that he was "Spamming threads @ trekz (archive.vn)", and trekz says that he doesn't care about the situation at all (archive.vn).

An example of a thread by TGGB\9 was this one (archive.vn) (I unfortunately don't have access to the contents of the post, but you can tell that it was made by TGGB\9 because his name is blue in the thread). In that thread, captainmeta4 says that it was "approaching targeted harassment".

trekz listed TGGB\9's posts about him here (archive.vn). He says that TGGB\9 made those posts because he was exiled from one of his guilds. I do not know if trekz reported TGGB_9 for harassment (he didn't answer FeverDream about it, and he said that he doesn't care about people who are jerks to him (archive.vn)).

As of today, the rules (archive.vn) and TOS (archive.vn) still don't have any mention of harassment.
