I had someone ask me why all the resumes looked the same. The second she showed me the resume I knew it was a MS Word template and showed her. This was 20 years ago. I can't imagine what the resumes look like now. When I got this position the head hunter asked where I got my template, and I told her it was one of my own creation. She liked it, she said she had to actually read it. I ignore Pajeet emails and job postings. They aren't calling me back and I don't want to give those fucking cheating scammers vocabulary to integrate into their systems.
