Add Africa to that list too. There are "colleges" that are just degree mills all over the place. I had a co-worker see a college name on some of the resume's I was going through... he said to just throw that one away.. or any with that college on it. He had worked with someone who "graduated" from one and they were less than useless. They created so much extra work for everyone else with how bad they were that they were fired after a month.
