The ultimate irony being that Spez already did it before causing that mass exit. What made them think it couldn't happen again?

What makes you think he cares? He knows the degenerates aren't going anywhere because they need their (((communities))) to get through the day. He's just getting rid of the dissidents who make his cesspool of a web site "advertiser unfriendly". This was all part of the plan to shutdown the 3rd party apps he doesn't control. Sneaky fucking jews.

I meant what made the mods think he wouldn't take shit over again. Only the keeper of the keys holds the real power in things like this. The mods are just retards working for free and making Reddit money.

Lolololol holy fuck they do that for free! Holy shit. They do it for that power trip over nothing hahahahaha omg people are such fucking LOSERS.

"Fuck you Spez" - 82'437 retards who still faithfully use his website and keep him rich.

Yeah, too scared to move to another place, because they know faggit is a safe space for them.

They crave power in their perfect little echo chamber and already like vampires in the light when exposed to anything else.

And they still saying in the comments they have no plans to leave, fuckin lol. Incredibly weak protest then.

These fucking morons need to take a page out of the book that those before them have. Burn it to the fucking ground and build your own community somewhere else.

reddit reminds me of a place where there are hundreds of bickering elderly women all arguing about nonsense and displaying signs of dementia via mistaking simple things like "left or right" or "yellow or blue".

The users forget that the vast number of them do not post or comment. They don't install apps that are not named 'reddit', because they can't comprehend that other clients can present reddit in a cleaner format.

So, reddit is now ready to pass on their multimillion dollar revenue loss that these power users drive up from moderating 10000 subreddits 24/7. Good on them.

Looks exactly what everything ends up looking like after the 👃 starts running.

The users on Reddit are all mostly NPCs. The people who are really getting cheesed here and the people who actually have any power, which they are flexing, are the unpaid moderators.

Perhaps not all of you have been aware. But Reddit operates only because 99% of the moderators are "volunteers." For years Reddit has been an absolute shit show because corporate has basically given the mods complete impunity as long as they maintain order and tow the line on the big issues... COVID is still pretty fresh but there have been so many political issues before. Basically they claim to be neutral on politics and claim they want their subs to remain on topic and neutral but really they just promote a one sided echo chamber and with COVID you saw this a lot where a popular tech sub would have a thread about why antivaxers should be rounded up and shot, anyone who commented counter to the "popular" view point was instantly banned a d often the mods would send little "fuck you" messages to sweeten the boners that would give them.

On the other side being a moderator on Reddit in some cases has proven extremely profitable for some. The power trip and frequent abuse of power was enough for most but some make serious cash by manipulating "free speech" to steer customers to or away from certain brands.

Like with COVID, the leadership could have directed the mods to simply do a blackout on this API issue and like the thousands of previous political psyops and they would happily slurp up the directives except this time they're hurting the mods too... lol.

Take sides with the devil and eventually he will come for you too.
