This happened in commie Canada. They're liberal fucks. They punish the victims, and reward criminals.

I know how to fix this problem. Some guy needs to become a serial killer and only focusing on ridding the world of dead beat non-paying renters. Set up an altar the front yard of the house and have the entire family sacrificed to some jewish rents god. It wouldn't be hard to find dead beats either. Just work reddit for a few hours. You'll have a list of victims real quick.
