They doubled everywhere, not just AZ. If it was because of Californians it would be getting cheaper in California. It doubled there too. That's called inflation. Thanks Federal Reserve. And as long as they can keep us pointing the finger at each other they'll keep getting away with robbing us by printing fiat money.
