Without going into too much detail, working out for the last two months about 1-1.5 hours a day and controlling my food intake, I've lost about 15 lbs.
Great work! Keep getting those gains and being healthier as a result. It's funny because in roughly the same timeframe, I've been doing the same thing - except I haven't lost 15lb, I've gained about 5. To be fair though, I was fairly skinny to begin with.

Same here. It's possible to not be a lazy fuck in our 30s and beyond, and we are proof positive of that!
