Sounds like what happens when you hire for "diversify" instead of people who can actually function and do their jobs right. This dude sounds like a whiney bitch, but at the same time, I've been in companies that had absolute lazy and stupid people running the day to day. Absolute shit show.

Putting words into user's mouths, which means making them appear like they wrote something they never actually did, especially on sensitive posts, is one of the greatest violations of user trust possible.
