They are both wrong. The anti vaxxer in that specific video was saying all kinds of nonsense that is flat out wrong from a biological point and scientifically wrong on how the jab is destroying every cell in your body. The scientist was only right when correcting biological facts like that's not how DNA works.

Putting words into user's mouths, which means making them appear like they wrote something they never actually did, especially on sensitive posts, is one of the greatest violations of user trust possible.
