But, being a moderator of a legit discussion forum is a laudable function for a society IMO? people need to be able to communicate and share ideas. I wouldn't necessarily suggest that 'Reddit' is useful for society, because it's a manipulative corporate bubble of self hate and totalitarianism.
Above all it shouldn't be someone's "unpaid job" when they have responsibilities to their partner, family comes first, niggers only get lynched at the weekend when you have some free time.
