I was a huge jock growing up. Recruited for a basketball team that played all across the east coast as a child. My coach hired personal trainers for the team and we did 1 hour of basketball, 1 hour of fitness a day almost six days a week for years.

I could do 50 push-ups in a row, no problem. The boys would always try to challenge me in high school and I'd kill them in push-up contests.

The second it came to arm wrestling or anything more comparable they'd kick my ass. Even the guys who never worked out. It was so hard for me to come to terms with when I had always been the strongest in my grade prior to puberty. You go from feeling like a Greek God to a weak piece of shit so fast as a girl. Lol.
