Had someone recently tell me to look into Kratom, as they suffered vaccine injury and ended up with a lot of the issues I have from Lyme. Found this post inspiring. Do any of you use, know someone who does, have any comments? Prior to this, I didn't know anything about it other than it increased the odds of seeking opiates. But it seems that's not entirely true. A big war from pharma against it.

I've tried marijuana to help with the joint/ligament/muscle pains and it does little good and I just don't like the feeling. I hate prescription pain killers for the same reason, I don't enjoy feeling fuzzy minded. This seems like if I find the right kind it will help with the pain and not create that feeling.

Shit, man. So sorry for the tardiness. I just bop in here occasionally to survey the land. It isn't one of my regular haunts. I use it for energy and it seems to have stabilized my daily routine. I take a larger dose (6g 3x/day, every 4 hours or so), but I am also a bigger than average man. Start with 3g 2x and go feom there. I use white strains, sometimes a green for variety. I have been taking it for about 5 years and have had no health issues. Some people juse different strains for pain management. I have never really used kratom with that goal, but I do see that as a viable use. I probably have a few aches and pains that I do not often notice because of my use. I do not believe it is physically addicting. Psychological dependence can develope, but I say that it is on par with people that claim to be addicted to marijuana. I have taken prolonged abstinence breaks with no problems (aside from being tired...which is why I take it in the first place) It is not like oxycodone or other opiates/narcotics. Drug companies are dumping a lot of money trying to paint it in an unfavorable light, but facts back-up the notion that kratom is perfectly safe.
