If you read the comments, its because chuck e cheese only let you leave if you were stamped on entry. If you and / or your kid didn't get stamped, or you don't have the same number stamp, they don't let you leave. Ofc you can just shove the snotty acne covered grease slob on door duty out of the way and leave, but then you get the police called on you for kidnapping. So they actually incentivise parents to abandon their kids there.
