It's not about the age, it's about the age difference.

When I was a teenager some guy I knew that was 18 done a girl in a club that was 16 and he was freaking out he was a pedo even though it was legal.

25 year olds have no business going near anyone under 20.

The difference is fine and if anything a bit on the low side, a guy her age wouldn't be able to financially support a family so it's best that she's with an older guy.
