Your honor; yes, I was at the bank robbery holding a gun and wearing a Richard Nixon mask. There was no organization between the group at the bank that day however, we believe individually in an anti-bank movement. Therefor, the robbery didn't happen, because the term "bank robbers" refers to a collective group that simply didn't exist.
