These people need to find a doctor that will prescribe Ivromectin. It has been shown to help with vaccine related injuries; specifically because the spike protein itself is cytotoxic. Ivromectin might be working directly on the spike protein and so it can be effective against the vaccine as well as the actual virus.

You do realize compounds can have different purposes right? A drug can have multiple effects. Yes, it's an anti-parasite, but it is very safe and it shows that it is an incredibly effective treatment against COVID-19, _long COVID_ and even vaccine side-effects.
Have you seen the interviews with Dr. Malone, the inventor of mRNA technology, talking about it? Have you read the studies:
It's specific interactions with spike protein bindings may indicate it could be an effective anti-viral for some other specific viruses. (Unlike antibiotics, antivirals are typically not broad spectrum. They only work for specific families of viruses). Ivromectin is likely even more effective against COIVD than tamiflu is against Influenza.
