I can't convey to you how bad it is when I crash, and I only have Lyme. When it gets really bad, I am no better than a sack of sand laying in the bed. The inflammation, pain, to move, even the heart beating is painful as the blood flow throbs everywhere. There's little to no energy to even drag yourself to the restroom. Forget feeding yourself. And if you don't figure out how, or don't have the willpower, to pull yourself out of it, it compounds.

For anyone interested: Raw diet with very little meat seems to be treating me very well. It took a really long time of trying various things to figure out the least negative impact way of getting through a day. Raw foods require less energy to break down, leaving my body to have enough energy to remove inflammation. NAC, ashwaganda, Vit D, C, A, B complex, methylated magnesium, DL Phenylalanine. And juicing every vege you can get juice from daily. I still am tired, but I still function now.

But when it comes down to it, unfortunate as it is, they simply didn't 'have to do it' though. It may be a shitty choice but between that and then not being injected with an unknown globo-homo poison - its actually a no-brainer for those with a brain...
