I've always wondered how much of it is mental and how much is physical. I'm a young lady and I work in a hotel. I know I need to eat more to feel satisfied with my life and my work. I'm just curious if there's any way I can turn it off without killing myself from the heat.

I'm not saying it's not racist to make comments about races. I'm saying that it's not racist to point out another race, especially if you're not judging them and you haven't made a big deal out of it.

I'm an Asian and it would be racist to point out that I'm a minority, but then when someone points out that I'm an Asian they get it. It's just an observation, I'm not offended by any of the above, I don't even care if she's wearing a suit.
