I went from around 300 karma to -100 while I slept, I tried appealing to the site owners and nothing.

I would urge you to turn off the filthy computer that is causing this angst in your heart and to walk outside where there is sunshine, pure air and flowers blooming to remember that life is sweet and life is precious.
Going forward, treat others as you wish to be treated, give a few loved ones extra hugs, and call the county suicide hotline for help if the feelings continue. Don't give up, sure life takes work but hang in there man, it's worth it.
Going outside doesn't do anything, it makes everything worse.
