Your bi then you must expect likely over half of your potential partners are swingers or cheaters and if they can't choose a sex then they can't be dependable as a person to maintain a long term relationship since they are more concerned about themselves then the one they are with.
They're basically wishywashy personalities "same as a flip flopper politician their views change and are not concrete so immature no real beliefs" that don't even know life or themselves and should be avoided. Hell didn't think I'd ever say this but that person would be better off with someone that is just gay and not able to choose from gay or straight so lets say bi. They are more concerned about sex than the relationship they are in and their sexuality as any married person will tell you is of less importance since you'll get less sex no matter what you say you are since that is how relationships work. In sexually based relationships the sex is more important than the love from what I see, sure some aren't but most seem to be.
Only reason these people claim being bisexual is because they need to be able to claim from a larger pool than those who are straight - which has been whittled down because they're a nutjob.
