It's predominately about DIET. Quit eating crap. Drink your water. Yes you need to exercise and move your butt as well but most weight loss is through your daily eating habits.
Exercise is every bit as important as diet. More important in fact because a person can eat an absolutely garbage diet and be fit if they work out a lot. Look at any college athlete.

Working out is important but if you cannot get your nutrition down right then you're wasting your time. To be able to recover from grueling exercise you need a good diet.
I don't eat very healthy and we all know what I look like. I just work out like a madman.
