Working out is important but if you cannot get your nutrition down right then you're wasting your time. To be able to recover from grueling exercise you need a good diet.
I don't eat very healthy and we all know what I look like. I just work out like a madman.
Good for you. Maybe you have good genetics, maybe you're still young and your metabolism has not caught up. A broken clock works twice a day. Your point proves nothing. You're as bad as a nigger lover in denial about black crime by claiming he had a black friend who helped him in life. Sure, a few might be cool but as a group they are violent.
I definitely have good genetics. I also probably known far more about Fitness than you. Chill with all the anger taco man.
