I have thoughts about it, but they don't matter. Here's why: there are just far too few people that are going to have this many kids. Think of how prohibitive this many children becomes in terms of almost every variable - not simply money, but time, space, autonomy. Unless someone is leeching from the taxpayer's tit, then let them have 10 kids. It will be such a profound minority of people that do this, it's fucking ignorant to even make a big deal of complaining about it. The Reddit fuckwits complaining about this seem desperate to criticize birthing altogether, and they simply find these large families to be an easy target, i.e. they get to seem reasonable when in reality, they actually hate anyone producing white babies. What a senseless thing to worry about. What is it, one in twenty million couples that's going to have that many kids? The vast majority of people are going to say: "Yeah, fuck that. Maybe three." This is one very good reason not to allow other ethnic groups into your country that will have no problem treating women like baby factories. Because they'll outbreed you, and your government will probably subsidize it. Bad idea. But I wonder: how many Redditors would dare complain about birth rates among non-whites?
