I don't.

The first line of defense is always situational awareness. Allowing yourself to be ignorant of your surroundings by engrossing yourself in a toy and then attempting to use that as a defense is a one way ticket to a body bag or jail.

Agreed but that isn't what Captain Soy is describing.

In his scenario he could easily interpret someone tripping and bumping into him on a subway as a threat.

Also, unless you're the Capitol hill police, shooting an unarmed person is usually going to be 'problematic' for you.

You should have to prove you have a mental capacity well above a 6th grader before you can buy a gun or get a concealed carry permit. A grown ass man walking around in public playing Animal Crossing on a Switch doesn't meet that criteria.
