I don't want to dox my alt, but I contribute to a fringe subreddit. I made a comment about The Matrix, specifically about how the movie revealed too much truth and how Keanu Reeves lost his (unborn) child & his girlfriend. I also remember saying how the directors were turned into trannies. But I looked this morning, and the part about trannies is missing!

I could be mistaken and deleted that part before hitting submit, but I remember typing it out and my browser underlining "trannies" in red because it isn't in the browsers dictionary (spellcheck). The comment does not show that it has been edited and it has not been shadowbanned.

Do subreddit moderators have the ability to edit other users comments? I don't think they do.

So if someone did edit it they would have to be a high-level site admin, right?

Now I wish I screenshot everything I do on that fucking site to have some evidence other than my memory.

Admin ability to edit posts was outed years ago.

Indeed. It is even mentioned in our sidebar.

That is site admins. If I created my own subreddit I can't edit the comments of users that post there, right?

Many mods are actually admins running alts with benediction of Spez the soycuck.

Faggit being faggit.

Definitely something to consider, in this case I think the moderator of the sub is genuine and not affiliated with reddit. There is the "AutoModerator" but I think that is a bot.

This page is really hard to load for some reason: https://old.reddit.com/user/AutoModerator

I do type out comments then edit them before submitting because I don't want to be too Voat-esque. Damn if I don't remember saying that though.

Jamescolespardon is an admin.

Correct. It's site admins like Maxwell who have that ability.

Wasn't MaxwellHill owned/managed by Madam Epstein?

Mods cannot edit. Admin can and has.

They Had to do this to make it so reddit posts weren't authenticate least in court after Combetta was exposed.

Surely it wasn't one of those paid israeli students who did it?
