Some shrimp may have a personality. Personality goes a long way. Like, for example, if the shrimp was cognizant of the fact that other shrimp are bottom feeders, and that shrimp decided to not be a bottom feeder, and saught better pastures to graze, thus improving its fibers with better ingredients. Then that shrimp deserves to be murdered and eaten, exploited and used by those of us higher on the food chain. For that is best for us, and what we do is for the mass delusion of the greater good.
