I presume it is not a very attractive woman (natural selection disfavours disability), but I have respect that he has made it.
Original title:
32 year old disabled guy. I recently had my first ever date and now I have my first ever girlfriend!!
Text backup:
I’m really comfortable around women, most of my friends are women. I’ve asked out lots of ladies in my time but until now I’ve always been friend zoned. Some may have been put off by my disability (Cerebral Palsy) and that’s understandable, I respect that.
I wasn’t a virgin as several women were happy to have no-strings fun, and that’s been lovely but something was missing.
Over time I pretty much came to the conclusion that girlfriends were something other people had.
Then FINALLY someone saw me as boyfriend material and I’m so happy!! I can’t believe the difference it’s made to my mental health!
Wanted to share in case anyone else was in the same boat.
Have a great day!
EDIT
I can’t thank everyone enough for all the love, support and awards! You’ve all been so nice!
