I've been on a posting frenzy lately. My 'work' day has been taken up by all-day conference calls that I only barely need to participate in. I'm basking just shitposting here while listening for someone to say my name on the call.

LOL. I'm definitely not complaining. I work my ass off for this company and am taking advantage of the lessened workload.

I used to love the occasional business trip for the same reasons. Unfortunately all of my projects had to be on time or ahead of schedule before I left so my week away from the plant would not jeopardize them. To paraphrase, I had to work twice as hard in the week(s) before every business trip so it would look like I never left. That part sucked.
