When one company wishes to acquire assets of another company they can tender cash and/or shares to facilitate the move. Unfortunately the terms of this deal aren't disclosed so I can't tell you for sure. ;P but yeah... :) Poal was not responding when I went to submit this and I accidently closed the tab. I checked my posts and didn't see that it had posted so I resubmitted.
