It's a random dice roll. I don't believe AOU has taken the time to personally curate every single sub to remove "bad subs" from the list of choices.

I know and understand that. I'm not asking @AOU to curate every sub on the site. I'm wondering aloud how a sub about incest made it here, and what is to be done about it. If it doesn't violate the TOS, then there's nothing to do.
