"own payment processor" works with a bank.

That's a good point.

Check out their terms of service: https://gabpay.live/TermsOfService/

It's not even legally called "GabPay". It's called Green By Phone, Inc, a.k.a. "Got Money".

From those ToS's:

All transactions processing, approval of accounts, allocation of reserves, and any handling of funds, monitoring accounts, and compliance with local, State, and Federal laws and regulations are the responsibility of Portage Bank (Ceylon, MN).

Portage Bank (Ceylon, MN) is here: https://www.portage.bank/

If you view the page source... : view-source:https://www.portage.bank/

You see this in the code: href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?gl=US&hl=en_US&id=com.fis.mobile.android&pli=1"

So yeah, that's a bank with an account at the fed that uses FIS as their processor. FIS dumps all transactions to LE daily, at least they used to a while ago.

That's who is processing "GabPay"'s payments. Not Andrew Torba.

"Parallel economy" my ass. He's using a midwest bank with one of the "big three" bank processors.
