The Supreme Court set precedent that the executive branch cannot mandate a medical procedure. That's not a little thing. Had that decision not been the way is was, this entire country would be on fire in less than a year. Australia but with armed and pissed off rednecks.

OSHA threatened business owners with fines for non-compliance, which pressured thousands and thousands of business owners and corporate executives into compliance. The CMS decision puts all the pressure on Biden. He will bare the direct burden of his mandate in tangible ways.

With CMS, the president, and only the president, will feel the pressure of a lacking medical system due to staff shortages. Private Backstabbing Military Bitch can't be a nurse, and there ain't enough military nurses to fill hospitals all over the country. Biden will fold, or his replacement will fold, and that will be over.

I didn't say it would stop it from burning down. I said it stopped Joe Bob and his 6 brothers armed Luke their in the shit, from putting their bosses head on a pike for losing their jobs. It stopped 1/3 of union workers from attacking and beating the shit out of the other 2/3 for taking their jobs. Union halls won't be lit on fire or blown up with tannerite.

And, Joe Biden being forced out of office and his replacement swearing to end the CMS mandate will be accountability. And a huge stall for executive branch power grabbing.

As for "CEO's" being held accountable for bribes? When has that ever happened? In the history of the world. That's not a realistic goal in any time.
