I'm not sure. To me, it seemed like the teachers thought that since you were here and not in a general math class, you should already know what you're doing. I started in Algebra 1 my freshman year, but dropped it pretty quick when I realized that if you weren't already in the know you wouldn't be passing this class. Didn't really bother me, I got all of the math I actually needed in my electronics courses my junior/senior years. That guy was good, he had been in electronics just about as long as there was electronics to be in.
