No time to watch the video, but it is undefined or indeterminate. If you want to get into combinatorics, set theory, and linear algebra then it is generally considered (agreed, really) at 00=1. If you look at binomal theorem, x0=1 is sorta required, or shit breaks.

At some point, mathematics is rather contrived and arbitrary. If you look at it as a tool to evaluate logic, then you can see that varied axioms will have varied results. For simplicity sake, it's best to just call it indeterminate and leave it at that
