Well technically IQ is an average folloqing a normal distribution, so in the world 50% are above 100 and 50% under it.

What terrifies me is that 100 from back in the days is probably 110 now, as you have a bazillion more niggers dragging the average down. Everybody is getting more retarded by the day.
