Couple of other considerations I look at: - indian reservations, these are non-regulated and at times problematic. - fed owned land, they can do whatever they want with these lands without the state saying otherwise. Otherwise nice map, would do away with homo-chad in Idaho though, kinda cheeses up the map, I thought maybe boone posted it at first...
