I have friends who are looking to join the ex-patriot community in Costa Rica. We were talking about Argentina as an alternate. I think they said they were going to look deeper into the idea. I'm going to reach out to them and see what came of it.

Yeah, it is. As noted in the responses to my earlier post, Argentina has the largest population of jews outside of the US and Israel.
