From what I understand about Argentina and Chile, there are numerous ethnic communities all over it and they all stick together either in their own towns or entire regions.

I have friends who are looking to join the ex-patriot community in Costa Rica. We were talking about Argentina as an alternate. I think they said they were going to look deeper into the idea. I'm going to reach out to them and see what came of it.

I don't know much about South America, but I've heard Argentina is pretty kiked.
