Anyone running any of these huge, unaccountable federal agencies has the opportunity to abuse the position and that's exactly why they need to be cut down to size if not straight up abolished.

First argument is the agency is too big for him to handle, which moves nicely into the second argument that some have threatened to quit and he wants to slash the size of the agency. Then he wants to prosecute Lord fauci, Garland and others... Then he's pro Trump, then other people have said he's unqualified and not good. The end.
