That SHOULD, but won't, be a clear civil rights suit. Facebook, by acting at the behest of the White House is a defacto government actor, and is therefore covered by the First Amendment. The government cannot (only in theory unless you are a raging leftist) use private companies to abrogate its Constitutional prohibition on censoring citizens' speech.
