MY OPINION:
This article was written by two women who seem to be attempting to address an actual and real problem: The lack of good bathrooms for women, who have more complex bathroom procedures and neuroses and thus are in great discomfort.
The good: The issues brought forth in the article, albeit in pretty circumspect ways, are real and should be addressed - for both genders. Overall, public bathrooms are a fucking disaster just as far as their layouts and space if not for their lack of cleanliness. And women have generated a tremendous neurosis over using the bathroom. Women, on the whole, need to get over this ridiculous neurosis.
The bad: As usual with articles written by women, this meanders all over the place. And with two women authors, it's four times as bad. Further, they never really state any sort of proposed solution.
Overall it's not a terrible article considering the source. And it does address a problem we, as a society, need to be more aware of. (Not that women poop, but rather that our public facilities really suck.)
