That guy's tweet mocking the Republicans for being the "party of limited government and free speech" is a moron. First Amendment does NOT apply to the Government. It applies to the people who want to talk about the government. A state employee is part of the government. They can be censored by the government in the work place while performing their duties. They can protest while not on the job. His argument boils down to, "I want government employees to be able to talkin sexually explicitly with kids in 3rd grade and younger.
