Advertisers don't care because they pay for the viewership. When viewership goes down, ad rates follow. Cable operators also don't care because the cost of supplying the station is zero. CNN can't charge a cable operator to carry it. In fact, it's quite possible CNN is forced to pay to be on the network.

I'm actually surprised. I'm a South Park fan but CNN is my favorite comedy show and is hilarious. All of the characters are gay and pretending to be reporters who constantly screw up and look stupid. It's a great sitcom on CNN. Comedy News Network is probably the best fictional creation of all time.
