How does he file taxes and pay it back without a job? I think it's just wealth redistribution man. People are for it because it helps them out but they are against welfare but its the same shit

You cant receive the child tax credit without filing. Either he filed when he had a job or he filed below the minimum but it goes by household income or someone is filing those kids as a dependent.
