The stance of the Washington Post is predicated on the falsehood that the official information about "climate change" (I cringe every time I write this meaningless term) is accurate. Once you realize that the offical stance is a complete fiction, the only course is to reject it. Carbon dioxide is good. We need much more of it in our air. It is increasing the yields of food crops worldwide, and feeding millions of people who would otherwise have starved. The climate is not getting warmer due to human activity, but if it were: (a) it would be a very good thing, because it is too cold, and (b) we couldn't do a damned thing to stop it no matter how muich money we wasted in the attempt.
