It's absolutely silly isn't it? Imagine cooking and injecting a powder you got from a random dude... if that doesn't seem crazy to you then there's something wrong with that person and I'd rather they seek help. Obv an addict won't have practical access to such and taxpayers should not be burdened for paying for it like they did w/ needles b/c of HIV
