Well a teenager can do it so sue for 250 million is my go to for this. It's not news it's private information and if in court they have to report how they obtained it since it was mailed is likely not going to work and a government worker that sends it will leave a record in the computer and printer even from their login so the person that accessed it the location of the printer can be found from the yellow dot on the document then find the person in that building that accessed the document since releasing personal info like that is a fireable offense and likely a large fine also so they can kiss thier retirement funds away with they are even possibly sitting in prison over this. I hope so much they catch the lech and throw the book at them. If paid then an audit will find accepting a bribe as another charge and the briber will be arrested also. Yeah gotta look at this as the start of a good thing where scum are fired fined and possibly jailed even, good times.
