In my building the niggers are all over 50 and all get up just before noon and start drinking until at least midnight, often later. They woke me up with their simian vocalizations at 4AM last night.
The way to get them on your schedule is to find ways to make noise and thus wake them up during regular hours. They'll be tired when it's your bedtime that way. Waking up, putting on some headphones (to protect your hearing) and blaring some Toby Keith out into the hallway for 20 seconds in the am when you get up.
