The way to get them on your schedule is to find ways to make noise and thus wake them up during regular hours. They'll be tired when it's your bedtime that way. Waking up, putting on some headphones (to protect your hearing) and blaring some Toby Keith out into the hallway for 20 seconds in the am when you get up.
